The only drawback with the black bracelet is it does wear/mark easily. I have a couple of very minor wear marks from my arm resting on my desk at work. Nothing to detract value really but something to bear in mind if you wear it as a daily beater.

The radius circle covers the area of Mexico I'm going to. Fingers crossed it may pick up a signal. Just a curiosity really as according to the web Cancun is 5 hrs behind GMT which equates to 6 hrs behind on DST. The 'MEX' setting on all my watches is 7 hours behind.

I would go for the MTG as I like the heavy weight feel as opposed to the gulf an model. Plus I like the solar atomic options and to me it's a nicer looking watch.
