    Really like the EQW-A1000DC

Well, I've bought another watch. I had a change of heart and did a bit of searching and read a nice review and purchase feedback reviews (which were all very positive) from an online retailer and decided it was the watch for me. It's cheaper than I both the Edifice models....and it's a...

Hope you can get it polished out. I'm sure it will say what type of glass it has on the Casio website and in turn a local jeweller should tell you if it's possible or not. I like these watches. Are the functions easy to use and was it easy to set up?

Cracking watch there macspite. Love the looks. Thanks for your input too. I'm glad I've decided not to buy the A1000DC as it's a lot of money and I'd hate for the Ion Plating to be so fragile. My colleagues Rolex has a silver stainless bracelet and it's over 5 years old with only minor...

    G-Shockzone G-Shock G-9000-8V Mudman giveaway

Welcome mate. You will need to get a pic of your watch (if not a G-Shock model) in the latest WRUW thread to enter the competition. :encouragement:

The only drawback I can see with any of the metal bracelet models is the bracelet getting scratched and scuffed. Casio encourage you to wear the solar watch outside of the sleeve of course so having a desk job like I have means I'd likely end up getting it scratched and scuffed. Both do look...

I've now decided that the EQW-M1100 is also a very nice watch. Both the resin strap model with orange on black digits as well as the Silver stainless bracelet model (the Black label model is lovely but too pricey again). I had a look in the shop today and it felt nice, looked the part and is...

The Official Introduce Yourself Here Thread.

That sounds like an impressive collection. You'll have to get some pics uploaded.:encouragement: I think a lot of people on here are also on WUS, myself included. Although I find the WUS forum really slow sometimes.

Thanks for your kind offer. $700 is certainly better. However I'd need to pay by credit card until I get paid at the end of this month which means it will have probably sold by then. However, if it has not sold to anyone I may well contact you. I've also contacted an oline retailer today...

I wish it was the £460 stated in the article...lol Watchshop sell it for £600...ouch I've messaged Tictactime but they've replied saying they don't sell the Black label edition. Just the other two. I do get a half decent discount with H Samuel, so I've emailed them about possibly getting it...

    G-Shockzone G-Shock G-9000-8V Mudman giveaway

Hi all, This is my competition entry post. The white 'Mudman' is a very unique looking watch. If I were lucky enough to win it, it would be my first G-Shock model that isn't Solar Powered with Radio controlled time keeping. The dawn of a new collection theme for me then. :encouragement:

New week and my first pic on the forum. I like the GW-7900 as it's the largest sized G-Shock I own yet it's really comfy to wear.

The Official Introduce Yourself Here Thread.

This is my introduction post. I've been registered for a few days now though. I've always been a fan of watches, since I was a boy and recent acquired 4 new G-Shock watches. Each of them listed in my signature below. I also like the Edifice watches although I do not own one yet. So far my...

Some of the cheaper models still look decent too. They are quite distinctive to me as they all seem to have a unique design with faces being various colours and textures. I think I'd rather spend lots of money of a decent Casio than the same money on a cheap Tag Heur or similar. :)

I love this Edifice model. http://www.casioonline.co.uk/Watches/Edifice/EQW-A1000DC-1AER/ I do like the Edific range of watches too. Some unique designs at good prices too. I like the M1100DB model as well. However the Flagship A1000 model watches are nice. I like all 3 of them but the...

Incoming G-Shock DW-5725 Rising White aka why not to wear your white G too much!

How old is that model? I bet it'll look like new once you've fitted the bezel and band.

Found a Watch I forgot about

Having a bedroom clearout and found an old Casio watch. Nothing special but I totally forgot about it. http://www.casio.co.uk/products/timepieces/casio-collection/product/W-102D-1AVEF/ Good little watch too with 10 year battery. I've still got the case/box it came in too as well as my...

Do you wear all your G-Shocks

It's nice to see that so far everyone does actually wear them to one extent or another. I've only got 4 at this time but 4 very different loooking models and I will be getting more soon hopefully. I wear mine to the office for work too, so smart shirt and tie with a bulky G-Shock watche off...
