Casio have announced the final part of the 30th Anniversary Rising Red Series, the G-Shock GWF-T1030A-1 Rising Red Frogman. The GWF-T1030A features multiband6 as is standard on the GWF-1000 Frog line, DLC custom caseback with 30th anni engraving, DLC button and 6/4 ti hardware. The multiband6 Rising Red Frogman is limited to 300 pieces worldwide and goes on sale 15th September 2012. Japanese retail is ￥157,500 and US retail is USD$1700 - we are unsure if it will see a release outside the US and Japan. News via Casio and Clement Wong :)

Another new model spotted at the G-Shock 30th Anniversary Kick Off Event, was this DGK x G-Shock G-8900DGK-7. This model is the second collaboration between street label DGK aka Dirty Ghetto Kids founded by skater Stevie Williams and sees the brands take a more low key approach to 2010's DGK x G-Shock GX-56DGK-1. The forthcoming (and catchily titled) G-Shock GW-A1030A-1A Thirty Stars 30th Anniversary SKY COCKPIT is another release which celebrates 30 years of G-Shock. The G-Shock GW-A1030A-1A shares all the functions of the regular GW-A1000 (which includes Casio's innovative Smart Access system), features gold accents to the dial and case, bland band and bezel, custom 30th anniversary keeper with the signature 30 stars, custom packaging and we would also expect a custom caseback. The G-Shock GW-A1030A-1A Thirty Stars is set for a November 2012 release, Japanese retail will be ￥63,000 which is around USD$800, GBP£500 and €630. News via Clement Wong :)

We're somewhat late this month bringing you the G-Shock August drop, with good reason though. For August 2012 Casio have announced only one new G-Shock, we were hoping more would be announced mid month but it looks unlikely now - possibly Casio are keeping some big releases back for later in the year. The single new August 2012 G-Shock release is the GW-A1000A-1AJF, a slightly different colorway for the GW-A1000 model. This features a black band and bezel with sky blue detailing. Casio Japan have today announced the release of the second generation of Bluetooth enabled G-Shocks which follow the release of the G-Shock GB-6900 bluetooth earlier this year. The new release consists of the GB-5600AA model which is based on the classic square DW-5600 along with the GB-6900AA which is identical to the previously released bluetooth GB-6900. The G-Shock GB-5600AA is available in four colorways and the G-Shock GB-6900AA available in five colorways. It's unclear from the release what differences these second generation models have over the initial GB-6900 release, however given the identical specification we can only assume there are software improvements, possibly some updated hardware and definitely more color choices ;)...

Long time G-Shock collaborator Eric Haze has once again teamed up with Casio on this Eric Haze x G-Shock GA-110EH-8A which is due later this year. Haze is also heavily involved with the design work on the 30th Anniversary models as he was with the 25th Anniversary. The Eric Haze x G-Shock GA-110EH-8A features a silver bezel with sparkle silver strap, signature Haze graphics to band and black, red and silver dial. Iconic skate magazine / brand Trasher have teamed up with G-Shock on the Trasher x G-Shock DW-5600. The collaboration features chequerboard dial, SKATE AND DESTROY EL logo, custom packaging, custom engraved caseback and black band and bezel. Available for pre-order from Japanese site PAL CLOSET and in Luis stores from 1st September 2012 we are unclear if this will see an official release outside Japan - we expect not. With the G-Shock lines all important 30th Anniversary coming up Casio are once again set to release a series of limited edition Anniversary models. The first series is the Rising Red Series which is due out Sept 2012. The series features distinctive red bands and bezels, gold detailed dials and custom caseback and packaging. Casio Japan have today announced nine new G-Shock models set for release in July 2012. Casio Japan have announced six further new releases for July 2012 which along with the nine models already announced for the G-Shock July 2012 new release bring the tally to fifteen for this month. The six newly announced models make up the latest part of the G-Shock Metallic Dial Series. There are three DW-6900 Metallic Dial models, the DW-6900MF-1JF with a black band and bezel and purple dial, the DW-6900MF-2JF with a silver band and bezel and aqua dial and DW-6900MF-4JF with a red band, bezel and dial. Casio Japan have announced their latest collaboration with the Red Bull Racing Formula 1 team, the Red Bull Racing x Edifice EFR-520RB-1AJR. The all new Red Bull Racing Edifice follows the Red Bull Racing x Edifice EQW-A1000RB-1AJR which was released in conjunction with the F1 team last year. The EFR-520RB-1AJR features a Red Bull Racing logo to the dial, Red Bull color scheme and limited edition box set packaging. It also of course features all the functionality of the regular EFR-520RB. The Fashion East design team of SIBLING and Maarten van der Horst have collaborated with Casio on two new G-Shock models available exclusively at G-Shock East in London. The Fashion East x G-Shock DW-6900 features a white band and bezel with green lepoard print design to the band inspired by SIBLING’s Spring/Summer 2012 and Fashion East x G-Shock GA-110 features a purple hypercomplex bezel and dial with a floral print to the band. Both models are super limited and available from G-Shock East from Thursday 21st June. Retail is £250. G-Shock have collaborated with Japanese football (or soccer if you must) club Yokahama F.Marinos to release the F.Marinos x G-Shock DW-5600 to celebrate the club's 20th Anniversary. The F.Marinos are one of the most successful teams in Japanese professional football having won the J-League three times and with notable players including Shunsuke Nakamura and Julio Salinas. The F.Marinos x G-Shock DW-5600 features the club's tricolour motif to the dial, gold F.Marinos text to the dial, a YFM EL, white band and bezel, custom caseback and packaging. Another month, another BAPE x G-Shock collaboration. This time once again BAPE have teamed up with Casio on the classic DW-6900 model. The new BAPE x G-Shock DW-6900 features a metallic purple band and bezel, white dial with purple detail, postivie display, BAPE head EL and of course BAPE and GO! APE logos to dial. We also expect to see custom packaging and a custom caseback. No doubt this will be available from all good BAPE stores and ZOZOTown soon, news on firm release date when we have it.
