All abc style watches can have this. Do you live near the coast? Pressure changes happen rapidly. You always need to check and update altitude and pressures at times. I have a rangeman and before I do any activity I update both. I fly helicopters for a living and update it everyday at whatever airport I am at.

No, I don't live near the coast - Kaunas is in the middle of the country - no mountains or other relief, just plain flat land.
Today I've checked again - now altimeter shows 101, instead of 73m. Barometer works perfectly and shows exact air pressure. This is very strange to me. If barometer works precisely, why the altimeter does not.
I noticed one thing: yesterday altimeter was quite good all day, while watch was on my wrist. But when you leave the watch for night, in the morning it is totally inaccurate. Maybe you need to never take off the watch:}

If you have reset the module and keep getting different readings something is affecting your watch. I am reading your post which you wrote on 151205 and you make the observation that while the watch is on your wrist your altimeter readings are correct and constant. You have my friend thus, answered your own question. You see these watches take in consideration first and foremost ambient temperature which will affect altitude readings always. The mentality behind this is that as you go higher in elevation air density diminishes and thus, ambient temperature will go down (or be cooler than at sea level) which is affected by your actual geographical location.
I did find this chart which gives you the year around average ambient temperature readings for your area; they should yield valuable information and improve your readings.

Kaunas has a humid continental climate (Köppen climate classification Dfb) with an average annual temperature of approximately 6 °C (43 °F).
Despite its northern location, the climate in Kaunas is relatively mild compared to other locations in similar latitudes, mainly because of the Baltic Sea. Because of its latitude, daylight in Kaunas extends 17 hours in midsummer, to only around 7 hours in midwinter. The Kazlų Rūda Forest,[39] west of Kaunas, create a microclimate around the city, regulating humidity and temperature of the air, and protecting it from strong western winds.
Summers in Kaunas are warm and pleasant with average daytime high temperatures of 21–22 °C (70–72 °F) and lows of around 12 °C (54 °F), but temperatures could reach 30 °C (86 °F) on some days. Winters are relatively cold, and sometimes snowy with average temperatures ranging from −8 to 0 °C (18 to 32 °F), and rarely drop below −15 °C (5 °F). Spring and autumn are generally cool to mild.

I was checking the message traffic within our forum and I ran into your post regarding your Rangeman. One thing you have to understand about the watch is the way is calculates altitude. So the watch's computer takes in consideration ambient temperature and then it calculates for altitude. The reason for this is the watch's computer calculates altitude by monitoring air density (Air Pressure ) which either increases or diminishes based on relative altitude; with this information it also takes in consideration ambient temperature which will either go down or up depending on air density.
Therefore, I recommend to you that when you take altitude readings you must perform a differential start point and you can double check this reading with either a map (in which you would count the contour lines of the relief to gather your altitude bench mark). ensure to maintain the watch on your wrist and the watch will be maintained in a constant temperature thus, your altitude readings will be more accurate.

I have recently bought the gw 9400 and been following this forum for various things and it has been very helpful.
Thank you everyone for the help and efforts.
I have faced a strange issue and dont know if this is normal or not just wanted to raise a query.
I have enabled the pressure change indicator in the rangeman and it will work and beep when the pressure goes down or up.
Now the query is.. to test this feature i enabled the indicator and placed the watch in a pool of water and as i went down the pressure increased and it beeped. Now i came out of water and it returned to normal. Now second time when i went down the baro symbol was blinking but it never beeped. I disabled the indicator again and re-enabled it and then first time for the pressure change it beeped but second time it was just blinking without beeping.
Is it normal, as per my understanding it should beep whenever there is pressure rise or drop. so there any setting through which I can do this.
Please answer my query.
