You can get a replacement bezel, quite easily in fact. eBay sellers have them, but you can also buy from Casio Sales and Service or PacParts.

I love the old vintage GL-110 Glide G-Shock models. Very solid stainless steel with screw caseback. Unfortunately the old nylon straps weren't as rugged as resin and would eventually degrade if exposed to a lot of sweat and salt water. I was able to replace mine with Nato straps, after doing a little modification.
