Make sure the display is plastic or crystal, tapping the nail. The false is plastic.
In all false I've seen, the pointer from the top, which measures the speed is fixed. If it works the chances are that it is genuine.

Looks legit to me... I see a three character day indicator on the front unlike the two character one that fakes have which is a tell tale sign.

The pics are a bit grainy but looks real to me. Hope that helps!
