I have just fixed my DW-004 i thought was gone for good.
It had sat away for a number of years with a dead battery, feeling guilty I took it and got a new battery in some time ago and was told that the watch was U/S. so I just put it away again.
Not wanting tp give up on it I just decided to take it apart and have a look myself, and all that was wrong was that it had not been reset!!

Nice job, always satisfying to get something working again which you'd thought broken. Had a few Gs from various places which were supposedly 'broken' which just needed an AC reset to get them running again....
