Thanks for adding me to the group
After a (very) long absence from digital watches nostalgia finally got the better of me so during the lockdown I’ve picked up one of the G-Shock All Metal.
When I was much younger I always liked and wore the all metal Casio watches of the 1980’s but slowly moved over to mechanical watches for the past 30-years.
I’d have to say that I’m massively impressed with the overall quality of the current watches - and especially the ease of resizing the bracelet. It really is a World away from the Casio of my youth.
I did have a few concerns about how it would wear with the increased size and weight but it is incredibly comfortable to wear with a nice heft and the display is very readable - despite it being a long time since I last owned a digital watch.
Setup was also a breeze - including linking with the app - even for a technophobe!
I can certainly see why every collection needs to have a G-Shock in it!
Pictures or it never happened!
