Mudmaster crown stuck

I bought a Mudmaster GWG-1000 on the 9th of this month on Amazon. I can't turn the crown to set the watch up. Help, please! Thank you.

problem solved; now, I just have to learn how to use my Mudmaster without fear of breaking it or messing things up.

hour & minute hand stuck
