...is it as good as it looks? The GGB100-1A9

I'm looking for a new watch,just because I feel like one.
The only G Shock I've ever had is the GA 100 and I love it.
I'm looking at getting the GGB100-1A9, the orange one.
Can someone who owns one give me a bit of a review or even a "yeah it's great" or "don't bother"?
I'm in the UK and the cost is around the £300 area..is it worth that much? The most I've spent on a watch before was £125 so it'll be a bit of a jump.

Yep it’s a nice one, my girlfriend loves it too! pls keep in mind it’s non-solar. However great value for money. 2 more new releases lately. Burton and British Army collab. Pls find more details below. Good luck.

Thank you. I knew about non solar and after a while I figured it wasn't a deal breaker.
One question...do the hands/numbers glow or is it backlight only?
