Incoming G-Shock DW-5725 Rising White aka why not to wear your white G too much!

This just arrived after a somewhat tricky purchase

The band and bezel are really shot as can be seen in the pictures. The white has worn off in places and in other places has taken dye from clothing.







Fortunately the crystal and caseback are clean. Even more fortunately I scored a NOS bezel from tiktox, once I source a band should look pretty clean.

Goes to show the band and bezel are effectively wear items, shame Casio doesn't make some of them more readily available (and cheaper!).

How old is that model?
I bet it'll look like new once you've fitted the bezel and band.

2008 release from the 25th anniversary series. Should look nice and clean with new band and bezel indeed 8)

New strap finally arrived to go with the new bezel. Looks rather different in it's NOS clothes










Now it's done not 100% sure I'm going to wear it or move it on. Quite keen on variety in the collection and already have a DW-5025B-7 Rising White. But I do need a round screwback.....
