Yeah, that's completely normal. Watch has metal so it absorbs heat which will disapate within a couple of minutes.

Sounds like you need to reset your module. Follow the instructions I posted earlier and you should be good.

Remember the Rangeman uses Barometric pressure to calculate temp and altitude. So check to see what your barometric pressure readings are. If you need to adjust then do so and allow some time for the watch to recalibrate.

That looks original to me blaze. One way you can find out go to www.gshock.com and click on the tab for product registration. You are going to have to input the model and module number; if any number is fake the system will tell you.

You can tell when a G-Shock is atomic by the model's alphanumeric code. ATOMIC: a. GW9400. b. GWA1100. NONEATOMIC: a. GA110. b. G7900. The Atomic G's will always have the Whiskey identifier.

None of the GA-1000 are atomic. None the less they are a very awesome G-Shock.

You definitely got the G-Shock bug now for sure.

Well guys I will have to say for me its the GW-9400 RANGEMAN. Its the one G-Shock next to the Frog that you get alot of bang for your buck. A solid platform of performance all the way around. :cool:

Yes I owned two of them. The GA-1000-2A and GA-1000-4ACR. Really nice watch, has a very nice wrist presence and its a dual sensor with a thermometer and a compass. An overall real sweet G-Shock definitely a head turner.

Nice G-Shock and you can never go wrong with a 6900.

This watch can be a little tricky to set up.
