Good point on the keeper. Would probably guess Casio will go with the metal keeper as they did with the Men In Smoky Gray rather than the carbon (or carbon finish at least) keeper on the vanilla GW-9300-1.

If you were feeling very brave you could swap buttons, they can be removed by pushing off a small circlip once...

Shame the bezel has crumbled. What do you intend to swap from which watch to the other? There can be the odd gotcha when swapping between the bezels with the shrouded buttons so hope it works out. Have a G-2210 in bits you could have parts from if you thought they'd be of use for not much more...

With the bolt? That'd be nice. Selling limited edition, collaborations etc. seems a key part of Casio's G-shock strategy. And why not I guess.

Guess a few Gs lack year setting. Suppose it's only really an issue once every four years (at a leap year). Won't matter after 2039 either...

My understanding is also the fifth EL button is the main difference between the two models. See you're after the Gulfman, good choice :)

Bad news on the In4Mation. I have had stuff take a while from the continent in the past to the point I'd more or less given up. However you are right, 2 weeks seems a long time. Guess you have to wait until the 8th :( Let us know about the Hundreds launch :)
