Help need ed for newby g shock owner

Please help, I purchased a g shock gw 3500b 1acr in florida, it was set up by the shop there for. On returning to England I tried to reset the time for Lon time zone and to say the least I am struggling. the watch appears to be malfunctioning. is there anyway I can reset the watch back to factory setting, to start a fresh, please help:mad::mad::(:(

I assume you have read the manual and are still stuck. I would go see a watch store that sells Casio. I'm sure someone there will be able to determine if there is a defect in the watch or you just need a little help.

Are you following manual steps to modify local time? What the reason you think the watch is not working well?
